Integrating our APIs with your TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is a common implementation. Customers that want to integrate must first acquire an API key and secret as an authentication before using the API. Please refer to this page for further explanation.



Whenever we make an API change, we attempt to do it in a beneficial way that does not damage current integrations. However, things can occasionally change in ways that aren't backward compatible. Yes. Unless you have subscribed for full access, you can only subscribe to 50 containers and/or 50 AWB numbers. Once you gain full access, you will get an unlimited subscription to the particular product you subscribed for.
